To consistently provide our Service Users with the highest quality service and care.

 

Elm Home Care Ltd is committed to providing social care and support services for people to enable them to remain at home and remain as independent as possible.

 

The domiciliary care service seeks to provide support to a wide variety of people within Brierley Hill, Kingswinford, Wall Heath, Wordsley, Stourbridge Halesowen and surrounding areas. It aims to enhance the quality of life of both service users and their carers.

 

  • To promote the welfare of all service users through our service

  • To provide personal care and practical assistance with essential or useful tasks in order to help maintain people’s safety in their own home and in the community, as independently as possible.

  • To ensure all service Users needs are met with full understanding of and adherence to their religious, cultural and ethnic requirements, values, beliefs and life style preferences.

  • To ensure all service users have complete confidence and trust in the care we provide and the services we offer.To respect the human rights of service users, rights of personal freedom, choice of living, dignity and self respect, independence, privacy and exercise of free will and rights to make informed choices and risks.

  • To provide 24 hour back up to service users and employees ensuring that the service is constantly supported and maintained in a professional manner.

  • To offer at all times a service that is responsive to individual needs, taking into consideration the service Users quality of life and personal choice.

  • To ensure the highest possible standards of staff recruitment and selection procedures at all times.To train employees to further develop their professional skills, with the aim of improving their care provision to all service users.

  • To work effectively in conjunction with other health and care professionals in the delivery of care.

  • Person centred planning to meet individual tailored needs.

  • To deliver a service of highest quality that will improve and sustain service users overall quality of life.

  • To match nominated carer as closely as possible with the service user.

  • To manage the service effectively and efficiently to make best use of resources and to maximise the value of money for service users

  • To involve services users and carers in the provisions, management and development of services which will be monitored regularly as part of the quality assurance frame work ensuring the service runs to best interest of service user.
