The aim of Elm Home Care Ltd is to provide Support Workers to Individuals in their own homes, who will assist and support in promoting health, wellbeing and confidence to live a full active and independent lifestyle as possible. We treat everyone has an individuals they are, and thus we aim to ensure that every person who seeks our help has an individually designed, flexible quality care package meeting the unique needs and requirements.

 

Our goal is to provide a service that is value for money, that is reliable and is paramount to ensure needs and preferences are met all times. We are based in Brockmoor, Brierley Hill and cover Brierley Hill, Kingswinford, Wall Heath, Wordsley, Stourbridge, Halesowen and cover the surrounding areas.. We ensure that at all times the services provided comply with the requirements of Essential Standards of Quality and Safety.

 

All Staff members undertake a robust recruitment process which includes employment references, criminal checks through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and continuous training through a training programme tailor made to ensure our service users receive the highest standard of care and Support.
